This sounds like an emotional (chakra) recognition of a reality.

In my limited conscious experience of such matters, there are multiple time paths into which one might be temporarily injected.

Energy transfers are possible between time paths including by resonance.

One example is the ever mysterious Arthurian influence. It comes from a time path that should cross the physical world time path about 2035 AD. Suitable individuals are able to establish a resonance to that time path at will.

No, it’s not possible to travel at the speed of light. When a body accelerate near light speed his mass increase exponentially. But, what it is mass ? "Mass is the quantitative or numerical measure of body’s inertia, that is of its resistance to being accelerated". Inertia is a fundamental property that has not been properly addressed by quantum field theory or superstring theory. There are some try-out to explain inertia and mass:

1. The Higgs field was first proposed in 1964 by physicist Peter Higgs and is a key element of the Standard Model of particle physics; it is needed to confer the property of mass on the fundamental particles. In the theory, all particles are intrinsically massless until acted upon by the Higgs field. The quantum of the Higgs field is the Higgs boson. Attempts to detect the Higgs boson, and therefore to verify the Higgs field as the mass-generating mechanism of the Standard Model, have been unsuccessful. The current best hope is on the forthcoming Large Hadron Collider. In the mathematics of quantum mechanics describing creation and annihilation of elementary particles, as observed at accelerators, particles at particular points arise from "fields" spread over space and time. All particles that can interact with Higgs field gain mass from the interaction. The truth ist that the space itself it’s not empty at all, in fact is filled with this Higgs field and his energy it’s not zero …

2. In 1994 B. Haisch, A. Rueda and H. Puthoff published the hypothesis that inertia may originate in interactions between the electromagnetic zero-point field of the quantum vacuum and the quarks and electrons constituting. They suggested that Newton's equation of motion (F=ma), heretofore regarded as a postulate of physics, might be derivable from Maxwell's equations as applied to the electromagnetic zero-point field. The approach used in the NASA study also suggested that there should be a specific resonance frequency for the particle-ZPF interaction giving rise to inertia. (Calphysics Institute)

If we want to travel a long distance maybe it’s a good idea to use other dimensions. But this is another subject …

Lightbody can be an energy form ? In 1936, Semyon Kirlian accidentally developed a new type of photography that now bears his name. He using an high voltage field and a photographic plate. Kirlian photography is considered to be a type of contact print photography that involves producing images by photosensitive film to light. Kirlian style photos render images that appear to have a halo or a light aura surrounding them. Later, Thelma Moss used Kirlian photography. Her studies paved the way for other parapsychologist to explore the utility of Kirlian photography to physical energy. More on:

I think it would be easier to "bend" space than to try light speed travel, looking at Al's theory of how space wraps around objects.
